Trained at The Culinary Institute of Ankara, The International School of Confectionary Delight, and the IV. Evening Public School of fine eating, Chefs infuses every dish they creates with their extensive knowledge and passion for perfection. Our Chefs started their career as a Chef for the Hacibaba, a well-reviewed restaurant located in Ankara, Turkey. .Since 1998, Our Chefs began their careers as head chef for the Baklavaci Hacibaba. They were given room to experiment, and created quite an eclectic menu. However, they never lost sight of their passion for fine dining.
